I’m really glad you’re here! A couple of the things I’m most passionate about in life are prioritizing mental health and finding happiness in each day. I’ve battled anxiety and depression since I was a kid, and I’ve realized that instead of hiding my struggle, I could help people by sharing my story. My dad always tells me to “Catch the Sunshine” on my tough days. The first time he told me that I held onto it, and now I’m trying to help others “Catch the Sunshine” as well.
